If necessary, we will design all required tools ourselves, using 3D software, and we also offer design services for our customers. Using a 3D laser scanner, we are able to scan a piece in electronic format and digitize it. Our main customers are metal foundries, plastic industry companies, architect firms and car - and marine industries. We design the foundry patterns in cooperation with the customer, always conforming our results from the customer.
Our designers will help the customer along the whole design process. Ris-Pert distinguishes itself by continuously developing its design process both regarding personnel and technology. Three design machining engineers are responsible for design services at Ris-Pert. We always confirm the output from the customer. Our foundry design service and professional competence improves your casting projects’ lead time and the actual quality of the castings.
