Ris-Pert manufactures different foundry patterns from wood, dead moulds from polystyrene, extremely durable composite-structured serial models and patterns made from various kinds of plastic, prototypes, scale and facsimile models, vacuum patterns, PUR patterns, and shell moulds from various types of metal.
The largest pattern’s dimensions we have manufactured was 6.5 x 3.5 m and the weight of the casting piece was 63,000 kg.
